A major fishery port in southern Thailand needed a reliable tube ice supply for its fleet of 30 deep-sea fishing vessels operating 7-14 day trips. The existing ice plant was 15 years old with frequent breakdowns causing supply disruptions.

Solution

DAXTRO supplied and installed a complete 20-ton/day tube ice production line with Bitzer compressor, 100mm PU insulated cold room (50-ton storage capacity), and automated ice conveying system. The MCGS PLC controller with Thai/English bilingual interface ensures easy operation by local staff.
