Controlled Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
Every DAXTRO ice machine is manufactured through a controlled production process, from sheet-metal processing and polyurethane foam insulation casting to 316L stainless steel inner-tank assembly and refrigeration-circuit integration. Before shipment, each unit undergoes nitrogen and vacuum pressure leak testing, full-load operation testing and final pre-shipment inspection.
Our quality system operates under ISO 9001 management procedures. Quality checkpoints include incoming material inspection, welding spot checks, pressure and leakage testing, full-load running tests and final QC verification. Critical manufacturing processes are traceable, and every machine is verified under actual operating conditions before leaving the factory.
For product-contact areas, we use 316L stainless steel to support hygienic ice production and long-term corrosion resistance. Depending on project requirements, our refrigeration systems can be equipped with first-tier compressor brands including Bitzer, RefComp, Invotech, Hanbell, Frascold, Dorin, Bock and Copeland. Schneider electrical components are used for key control and electrical systems.

Our standard and project-based capacity options include tube ice machines from 1 to 30 tons per day, block ice systems from 10 to 40 tons per day, and flake ice machines from 1 to 50 tons per day.

Our integrated main-unit design simplifies equipment positioning, installation and commissioning. The system can be supplied as a standalone unit or developed into a complete production line including ice making, ice storage, conveying, packaging and cold storage. The modular structure also makes transportation easier and allows customers to expand production capacity in the future.
Intelligent Control and Remote Monitoring
DAXTRO ice machines use MCGS HMI and PLC control systems for automatic operation and clear status monitoring. Our in-house APP supports remote monitoring, fault alerts and diagnostic assistance, helping operators reduce downtime and respond to operating issues more efficiently.
The control interface supports Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish and French, making the equipment easier to operate for international teams. Refrigerant configurations are selected according to project requirements and destination-market regulations. R404A is available for applicable export projects, while R22 is no longer exported due to environmental regulations.
Complete Ice Plant Engineering Support
DAXTRO provides support throughout the complete project cycle. During the pre-sales stage, our engineers assist with ice type selection, capacity calculation, process planning and energy assessment. During the in-sales stage, we provide layout and drawing review, installation documents and control-system training. After delivery, our team offers remote commissioning guidance, process optimization, equipment upgrades and retrofit solutions.
For overseas projects, installation and commissioning can be arranged according to contract requirements. Remote video guidance and engineer dispatch are available when required. Our integrated equipment design reduces on-site installation complexity and helps customers bring their ice production system into operation more efficiently.
Global Service and Long-Term Support
With experience serving customers in more than 80 countries and regions, DAXTRO has developed an international agent network and after-sales support system, with priority markets including Thailand, Mexico, the UAE, Vietnam, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, South Africa and Spain.
Machines are covered by a standard factory warranty according to the agreed contract terms. For non-human faults during the warranty period, repair or replacement of parts is provided in accordance with the warranty agreement. Our service team supports remote diagnostics, spare-parts dispatch, on-site technical assistance and a 7x24 technical response window in multiple languages.
